Current Employee – been working at Yodlee
Pros – I would say Yodlee is one of the best employers I've worked for in my career as it relates to benefits and perks. The work life balance is great. You're treated like a professional, and no one watches over your shoulder, or keeps track of when you come and go. As long as you get your work done and don't let anything drop you're given amazing flexibility, which is fantastic for working parents. Also, ALL health care benefits for the whole family are completely paid for by the company! And there's a kitchen stocked with food at all times. The people are smart and friendly, and depending on the department you're in, can be very fun to hang out with too.
Cons – The innovation and products are great, but the quality and deployments leave something to be desired. The company needs to focus more on execution and quality control, rather than coming up with new ideas and products.
Advice to Senior Management – Focus on perfecting the great products you already have an offer to clients, before moving on to the next great idea.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
