    Pros

Positive atmosphere. The work wasn't hard, even for entry level, and the supervisors were always willing to help me when I needed it.

    Cons

Depending on the time of day, conditions were quite unbearable sometimes. Working a summer job outside is one thing, but when the heat was as excessive as it is bound to get, I had to start reconsidering my status.

    Advice to Management

I advise them to simply pay more attention to complaints and not file them away. If it wasn't important, we wouldn't talk about it.

    Pros

    Hours/shifts - very flexible.
They do a review with you after 3 months and also help you improve if you need it with certain workshops.

    Cons

The pay, no room for growth or improvement. Getting all the interviews really feels like it's based on your luck sometimes, most of the shift you are just calling people that don't answer the phone.

    Advice to Management

Make more opportunities for growth within the company.

    Pros

Some great professors/trainers and some support staff are helpful

    Cons

Very unethical upper management. Doesn't deliver what they promise to staff. Oppressive and bullying culture. They need to know the word Integrity. Charges exorbitant rates to clients as well. If you're planning to work with this company, RUN! You'll be better off somewhere else.
    Very toxic culture.

    Advice to Management

Wake up. The way you handle this organization will eventually be its demise. Respect and listen to your staff and customers. Don't think the world revolves around you and your pockets.

    Pros

The working atmosphere is really great, we start the shift off with an ice breaker and this helps us get comfortable with our coworkers and to eliminate a bad mood. The team leaders were all very understanding and friendly.

    Cons

Sometimes you will have bad calls where the person does not want to talk or is rude but this all end with the call.

    Pros

Flexible hours, ability to work remotely

    Cons

Contract was too short (around 2 months)

    Advice to Management

Have more of these opportunities available to students (at the undergraduate level) - had I not been proactive about wanting this type of position, I would have never come across such an opportunity.

    Pros

Lots of interactions with alumni so you know what it's like to be out in the field. Trained you well and gave you lots of scripts so you're not at a loss. Lots of coaching sessions to help you improve if you were struggling. Stickers gave you five minutes off work to leave early if you want.

    Cons

Felt like they were treating you a child. Weren't allowed to talk to anyone, got scolded if you took too many breaks. The material they give you to use in scripts wasn't always updated. There wasn't an overall sense of excitement in work place even though they tried to foster it

    Advice to Management

Be more lenient. Allow people to bring in their books or browse the internet if they're just listening to a phone dial for 3 hours.
