So far, I have had a great time here.

Intern (Current Employee) Fort Lauderdale, FL

ProsI really enjoy the work environment. Most of the fellow employees are very friendly and always happy to lend a hand. They take us seriously and value our input, even though we are just interns.

ConsAlthough this isn't a very big con, I am not located close to the office, which makes commuting annoying. This is a high-commitment job in my opinion, and could definitely take over someone's life. But, if you work to live, I'm sure you could do amazing things here.

Advice to Senior ManagementI don't really have any advice. I think they are doing a fabulous job. The experience that I'm getting from this internship really is unparalleled elsewhere.

A fun immersion with an invaluable emphasis placed upon driving revenue for the clients.

Intern (Current Employee) Fort Lauderdale, FL

ProsIt's a great location that's close to home. Most of my coworkers are young and will socialize with me outside of work. I see the opportunity to move up within the agency, but I also have the flexibility from experience to find another agency or business to work on the client side.

ConsI'm really worried about a low starting salary. Since it is close to home and wages aren't great, the easy answer for me is to live at home. I don't want to do that coming right out of college.

Advice to Senior ManagementThe high turnover rate is concerning to me, so I would like to see the agency be more competitive with retaining employees.

It has been a great overall experience, i have learned a lot.

Account Services (Current Employee) Fort Lauderdale, FL

Prosin the past few weeks i have learned more then i have the last few years at college, i have made a great deal of new friends as well as many great new conections.

Consthe arent many cons, the only con i could think of is the limited about of trashcans they have. there are hundreds of recycle bins but i always have to go on a scavenger hunt to find an actual trach can for trash.

Advice to Senior Managementeverything is great and it is a great experience, i can defenetly see myself working here in the near future. the staff is young and all upbeat and motivated.

    Great opportunity in South Florida

    Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

ProsA successful company delivering great work for growing brands. Lots of opportunities to learn and build your skill set, while making significant contributions to clients' businesses. Nice office environment to work in and professionals with amazing experience and talent to collaborate with, learn from.

ConsCorporate culture is a work in progress. and there are a lot of egos to navigate that can make it difficult at times to do your job effectively and efficiently.

Advice to Senior ManagementCreate a culture of greater positivity and more clearly define roles.

Prosenergy, excitement, willingness to help, great people and environment. Everyone is great at what they do and always willing to lend a helping hand

Constoo many people, not enough organization, it is easy to get lost and have goals get off track if you are not on top of everything

    Great place to grow

Account Director (Current Employee) Fort Lauderdale, FL

ProsThere are a lot of young fun people working in a new, modern building. The management team is not afraid of making tough calls. There are a good deal of large accounts that continue to grow in profile. Individuals are given a lot of responsibility relative to their years of experience.

ConsThe hours can tend to be long and entry level pay is not great.

Advice to Senior ManagementContinue with the cultural shift that has been taking place over the past few years...empowering employees, praising their successes and supporting them when they fall short.

    Fast moving train

Account Executive (Current Employee) Fort Lauderdale, FL

ProsLots of opportunity to learn, coworkers are some of the best I've worked with, top name clients, the little things that the company does to make it fun (ice cream day, food trucks. . . ), the new headquarters is amazing.

ConsSalary is a bit on the low side until you prove yourself, the go-go-go mentality can be fun but exhausting

Advice to Senior ManagementListen to what your people want, especially at the lower levels. We need to grow and thrive!

Make it here and you can make it anywhere!

    Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

ProsIt's a huge company with lots of great people in an amazing new building. The energy is non-stop and from day one you get to work on things that most agencies would only allow the most seasoned veterans to touch. Great experience and an amazing opportunity to learn the real ad business.

ConsAnything less than total dedication will not survive in the fast paced, get it done environment.

Advice to Senior ManagementA sense of job security & appreciation can sometimes be more important to an employee than a paycheck.

    First Career!

Digital Account Coordinator (Current Employee) Fort Lauderdale, FL

ProsGreat place to start off you're marketing career. You will learn a lot just in your first month! I went into Zimmerman worried that my knowledge from school wasn't enough to make it in the real work place, but after being here and learning from everyone around me I found myself very capable of doing the job.

ConsThe pay isn't the highest for entry level positions, but if you pay your dues and stay a while your pay will increase.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
