    I worked at Zions Bank

    Pros

The people are excellent. I've never worked with such a great, supportive, and willing-to-help group of people. The atmosphere was good, and I felt like I worked for a respected, trusted organization.

    Cons

I wished sometimes that I had had more training when I first started out. That was a challenge for me. I also disliked having my raises based off of generating business for the bank in a manner above and beyond what my job description called for.

I have been working at Zions Bank full-time (less than a year)

    Pros

I enjoy the employee's and atmosphere. Very laid back and understanding when needs arise in ones personal life. That is very rare indeed.

    Cons

Have to say organization of projects. But that can be said for most large companies. Maybe it will improve. I'm sure it will.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Give contractors a chance to similarly feel equal to full-time employee's. Some of those contractors have been their for years and still feel unease. If not in the past, they do now. They work just as hard if not harder because they want to prove to management and coworkers they are valuable.
