    Pros

    The location is convenient for daily life and easily accessible if you live in the area of Union City, Newark, Hayward, Milpitas, and Fremont.

    Cons

    *Only the family members and their close friends are the department leaders.
    *The owner and the upper management always yell and berate the employees, never give respect to employees; they give employees very low pay less than average level in Bay Area and poor benefits.
    *The office supplies they provides are not friendly for users, employees have to prepare the office supplies they need; the management always set up many rules and procedures but then break each one themselves just for their own convenience.
    *The management are greedy, arrogant, and incompetent, they only announce their decisions they made, never communicate with employees or think about the employees' situation. But if employees make mistakes or do what is not they expect, they comdamn the lacking of communication.
    *There is no evaluation system, so they have no reason to raise the salary.
    *The management control and unify the work hours and lunch break by punching the time card, if you work but forget punching in, they still take the time away not to pay you even they see you work there.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    To the owner: let your son and daughters work for other company which is not under your protection, so they will understand how to manage the company for you and how to create an environment for the employees; even though it is already too late for you to teach your children to been humble and ethical, it is still not to late to teach them how to manage the company to survive in difficult market and economy.
