Love the brand but higher up management needs some work.

    Team Lead (Current Employee)

Prosamazing discount that can be combined with the sales, friendly people and staff that we get to work with, lots of employees really care about the business

Conscommunication is lacking sometimes with upper management, very high standards when it comes to everything, change policies a lot at very short notice

Advice to Senior Managementsome managers are great at it but others really need to show an interest in their employees

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company

    Simple job with minimal challanges.

    Retail Sales Associate (Current Employee)
    Estero, FL

    ProsGreat employee discount
    Good work environment
    Minimal issues
Very relaxing job, not primarily recommended for a career

    ConsLow pay
    Not challenging enough
No reward for excelling in your job.
Full-Time not available for anyone who isn't a manager.
Time and a half or double time doesn't exist.

Advice to Senior ManagementCompany values of their employees is very poor. The face of your company is almost as important as the product/services being provided. Without proper compensation the motivation will continue to lack.

Easy job with a great discount...but no F/T positions...

    Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

Prosgood pay, great discount (30% on top of sales),easy work, free shoes every few months

ConsNo F/T positions except for leads/mgmt,bad hours (5 per day),hours cut often

Advice to Senior ManagementAllow employees the time to earn stars.Try to promote from within more often and allow the hard working employees to have an opportunity to be F/T.Make sure that employees have time to do the paperwork to earn stars.

Fun team great brand not so exclusive

    Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

ProsBest group of associates to work with
    Great campus
Adidas is doing big things in 2014
most of the AGM and TL are awesome and keep it 100%

Cons-Village Employee store is too small physically for the volume is sales
-Sizes! There's no available sizes for customers!
-Sales goals are unrealistic and hardly attainable Monday-Thursday

Advice to Senior ManagementThe store is an exclusive store so stress that fact and don't let so much people get in so easily.

The more people get in so easily the less exclusive the store is and the less value to the brand. People need to feel like they have to buy a lot of stuff and that's going to happen if they feel the store is exclusive. A lot of the customers don't take adidas that seriously compared to nike from my experience working so far

Fun people to work with. Super boring job, always just standing around or folding clothes

    Sales Associate (Former Employee)
    Portland, OR

ProsMost of the managers are great to work with. You also get free shoes every three months too.

ConsThe managers expect you to talk to every single customer that walks in, but the store is very small and most customers seemed to look annoyed at how much attention they were getting.

Advice to Senior ManagementHard to move up in the company. It would be nice to have a step up from other applicants applying for the corporate level jobs that have no prior work experience at Adidas.

ProsIf you enjoy sports and fashion it's an awesome company to work for. Solid discount, and great benefits.
