    Advice to Management

    Pros

Full Time Employees get a good benefit package. Supply catered meals at month end. Low stress and employee friendly dress code. Very good at adding experience to your skill set.

    Cons

Long hours due to month ends. Low pay for skill level needed. Hard to advance into staff positions. Most policies reduce the chance you would want to make it a place for a career.

    Advice to Management

Raise the pay scale to keep qualified people in house. The cost and expense of constant retraining new employees and temporary workers is not a long term solution to business success.

    Pros

Overtime and experience(you learn a 3 peoples job) to get better opportunity elsewhere.

    Cons

management is horrible, you have to be managers or supervisors "buddy" for you to get a promotion, no good relationships, they talk about temp workers like disposables and fired lot of arvato employees this year to get temps. arvato employees haven't got a raise since 3 years ago. senior management are rude and don't bother to see the potential neither your resume even if you their job.

    Advice to Management

senior management are rude and don't bother to see the potential neither your resume even if you their job. need to have committed people not temps. you treat them as temp they'll treat, they won't care about your product.

    Pros

Pay can be decent They are looking into expanding into new areas of business to offset their reduced replication business

    Cons

Managers are reluctant to give pay raises, and some are rude The media replication industry is on its way out

    Advice to Management

Please learn how to treat your employees with respect. I can't work at a company where my manager disrespects their subordinates on a regular basis and irresponsibly handles projects. Hire the right people, pay them properly and treat them well and stop making cheap decisions, you're only ruining your competitive advantage by cutting corners

I worked at arvato AG as a contractor

    Pros

at the end you work for google and coworkers are super nice. Organized parties for bdays and festivities. Snacks

    Cons

still and outsourcing with poor organization and no clear relationship with google that translate in misunderstandings. I still don't understand why people have to work on saturdays because the workload is very low and this translate in losing time sitting at a desk doing nothing instead of being at home with your family.

    Advice to Management

you really need to set priorities and be sure that every team leader is on the same page. Also they should be open and honest with the employees, not blurry like they are know about everything. The training was not so good as well.

I worked at arvato AG as a contractor (Less than a year)

    Pros

    - Great people on the team - Nice office space located in Sandyford Industrial estate with access to Microsoft on facilities - Subsidised Canteen serving food all day - Easy to access with close proximity to the Green Luas line and bus stops close by.

    Cons

    - A lot of overtime required for a flat rate of pay - Highly pressured environment on a consistent basis - Monotonous work - Left on contract for +9months and was unsure at the end of each month whether or not we would be kept on.

    Advice to Management

    - Do not leave staff on a temporary contract for extended periods of time. It is difficult for people to care about a role when they are unsure about their future in a company

    Pros

Leader in its field, Arvato deals with large accounts and has developed strong process that will help you learn how to deliver high-class customer service support

    Cons

Career development is low and the company is very conservative towards its processes. Focus is put on saving costs rather to growing profit through strategy
