    Pros

They have a Global recognition program which can't get any better than that

    Cons

Most of the time there is not much to do, requests can come in at any time and some days unexpectedly after lunch time the requests start to pilling up.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I do recommend a training program for the new hires, I remember the first few weeks when I started working there wasn't much to do and all the new hires had to shadow existing employees to get an idea of what they where doing which did not help us much.

I have been working at arvato AG full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

Some of the pros of working in arvato include the flexible time, the friendly colleagues, and cheap food from Microsoft's canteen. My salary is good now after working for a number of years, but this may be different for new hires.

    Cons

It's hard to get a decent pay raise as well as a bonus. A of staff hired are fresh from school and not experienced in the work place so you may find yourself sitting around more incompetent colleagues.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Maybe invest more in some of your staff.

    Pros

great enviroment and fantastic coworkers. It was a relaxed job in which I never felt stressed out. very neat decoration and clean, fresh spaces.

    Cons

The outsourcer in my city is absolutely terrible, they fire peolple without rewarding the employee as the law requires them in my country. also, there should be more part time possitions available.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep up the good work, and please make sure the prices you give away for the employees are not being stolen by the floor managers.
