Advice to Senior ManagementPROBLEM: Being a small company with very fast growth, comScore produces work like a start up, accepts all business like a start up, but has high sales goals. This overworks employees to the point of quitting.

SOLUTION:
1. More attention needs to be given to the ability to scale work efficiently.
2. Need to be more selective in what business you're willing to take, assuming you're not willing to support it by hiring more employees

Good place to learn

Anonymous Employee (Former Employee)

I worked at comScore

Pros* Great exposure to major industry players
* Strong college recruitment program... Great place to start out.
* Free snacks/sodas
* Good opportunities for advancement (depending on department)

Cons* The more technical teams tend to be overworked.
* Below-average to average salaries for the number of hours you put in.
* More managers/directors than people to actually do the work.

Advice to Senior ManagementKeep your employees happy. Efforts to raise morale stalled a while back and now many of the teams are losing people at a rapid rate.
