    Pros

    comScore is a great place to work. There is a real spirit of innovation and creativity. There are very few problems with office politics and the upper management is very accessible. Has the perks of both a small and large company. Decent time off and good benefits.

    Cons

    High amounts of customization for clients means that there is some inconsistency in certain applications within the company and poor documentation on the more advanced product details. There is a pretty steep learning curve to attain more than average proficiency.

    Hold the sales team accountable for their screwups!! Hold the developers accountable for more transparent and thorough documentation.

    Sharp, creative people with tremendous drive to creating new solutions. A playground for trailblazers. Solid meritocracy where high performers are recognized and rewarded.

    Pressure of being first to market can create fire drills. Disconnect in communication between senior leadership and staff make it difficult for some to see their contribution to the bigger picture.

    Top notch clients- top notch co workers - learning a lot - a company with a lot of bright people- I really like working for comScore- even if I have some very big cons.

    Cons

    Long hours- low pay and client expectations are not set correctly. No one ever tells a client no. Speaking up is not welcomed. You feel like things aren't open and available to most people. Little to no room to advance.

    Lots of great and intelligent people who are passionate about changing the digital landscape.

    Cons

    There is a fairly regimented promotion schedule that doesn't always reward people for strong work, but rather keeps everyone on the same level based on time at the company.
    Pay doesn't match other Bay Area/Silicon Valley companies.
