I have been working at comScore full-time

    Pros

Great co-workers, lots of training and exposure to different skills/products, competitive pay, relaxed yet hard working environment, vacation policy is very relaxed.

    Cons

Office location is not the most convenient, benefits are sub par, career path is vague (but mgmt is working to clarify that part).

    Advice to Management

Keep doing what you are doing!

I worked at comScore full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great leadership and management and pretty good fundamentals across functional teams paired with a robust portfolio of complementary product offerings that enable end-to-end business management and decision making for any entity with an online presence. I would work there again in a heartbeat.

    Cons

Napoleon complex relative to Nielsen is natural - marketing mix model showing 2008-2010 and 2015 would show comScore is the future. Lots of politics, even for tech and business.

    Advice to Management

As you grow, make nimbleness a key differentiator - whether through an EIR role function, etc. - to test things with key clients similar to vCE Mobile.

I have been working at comScore full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

comScore offers employees the opportunity to think creatively and pursue those creative ideas. There are a lot of bright and talented people who work for the company, although there are also many who don't appreciate all that comScore has to offer. Compensation is competitive with a variety of other benefits to employees (flexible schedules, FTO, snacks, drinks, social events, bonuses, ability to work remotely).

    Cons

Work-life balance can be a challenge, but is improving. Work hours vary by department.

  7. Helpful (4)

Nice Work Environment but high churn & low pay and clueless top management riding on the creativity of a few techies

    Pros

    Great work atmosphere, Good reputation

    Cons

Low pay, high Churn since they wont match industry salaries, new CEO not as good as the old one. A few brilliant people produce the solutions that are keeping the company running, senior executives are just riding the wave.

    Advice to Management

Match salaries and try to keep your people. Stock is doing well and would do better with lower churn. Invest in growing the business in other areas - diversify, otherwise the day some other company comes up with better solutions or government puts stricter privacy regulations, we are done.
