Overall an enjoyable place to work.

    Research Associate III (Current Employee)
    San Diego, CA

ProsVery open to cross-training in rather disparate fields
Other than one person EVERY one has been incredibly friendly and kind
Fun stuff like the annual beer brewing competition, yearly group team building (usually a fun outing like fishing, going to the races, go karting, etc.)

ConsSalaries are a bit below market average
Very difficult to move up in pay scale and or position.

Advice to Senior ManagementBeing a bit more clear, not cutting benefits every chance you can. When I started here, it was actually a very pleasant company to work for. While profitable non-stop it still seemed like benefits were cut here and there. Monthly lunches became every other month and are now every quarter.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
