“Company has not been doing well the past few years so employee morale is very low”
I have been working at eHarmony
Pros – Some of the nicest people work at eHarmony, but unfortunately growth opportunities are very limited. Benefits packages are poor as well.
Cons – Marketing strategy changes constantly so employees are unsure what direction company is going in. The company is heavy on the tech side, but doesn't have a strong marketing team in place.
Advice to Senior Management – Management needs to be able to set goals for their direct reports, and focus on helping their reports to grow.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend

Advice to Senior Management – Work harder. Empower some of the smart people on board. Bring real vision. Use the product that they are selling.
