I worked at eHealth full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Choice of good snacks, fruits and drinks. Some (very few) senior management members easy to talk to.

    Cons

Employees have their own groups, if you are not with someone who is close to senior management, you might as well start looking. Big gap between senior management and team members.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Get to know you team members and open your eyes to truly see those that have a negative influence or effect on the team.

    Pros

Good benefits, good pay, nice people to work with

    Cons

pay structure changes on a regular (monthly) basis

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Don't change the pay structure so often. It causes difficulty know the expectations and the income employees can expect to have from month to month.
