I have been working at ePeople
Pros – - Great people
- Autonomy to focus on how to best do your job
- Good incentives and reward schemes
Cons – The only downside I can see is that being a small company we struggle to perhaps attract the top 5% of people in the market place. That will change though.
Advice to Senior Management – Add some more processes in place to ensure that each member of staff is developed in line with their specific needs.
