    Pros

    Good geo/location presence. Partners want to work with ePlus. They see dollar signs.

    Cons

    Management is clueless when it comes to security and how to build a security practice. Lack of resources creates an environment that pits offices and AEs against each other.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Bring security leaders and company builders into Herndon office.

    Pros

    Individual contributors and engineers are sharp and get the job done

    Cons

    Two types of people. The ones that have been there 10+ years and those less than a year. Managers are arrogant and politics are rampant. One and done defines this company.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Come up with some creative ideas for growing the business. Hiring and firing just to justify managements existence is a poor business plan.

    Pros

    flexible work options, staff can be friendly in some areas, lots of different technology to sell

    Cons

    sales force doesn't follow through with what they say to employees or customers, no room for growth, everyone looks out for themselves. Internal processing is not to be trusted, upper management has a hard time investing in its employees

    read tall he reviews on glassdoor, and factor in the common message, they are very true to the point of how employees feel

    Pay was good while it lasted

    Cons

    VP of Telesales tells you what he thinks that he wants you to hear instead of the truth. Upper management does not support the telesales center. Develop new accounts and they are completely taken away with no compensation. The Telesales VP promises jobs to people and then never makes the offer. No loyalty to employees in Telesales group. Rumors around the office are that the Colorado Springs office will close in the next few months. You will never move into a field position where the real money is as the VPs of Field don't want you there anyway.

    View BDMs as valuable an keep compensatino promises.

    I have not seen a PRO in this company yet

    Cons

    The Sales teams are all about pushing equipment and have no idea how to deal with service or customers. Issues are dumped and the Account Managers run. Management is all about collecting money and not worried about customer satisfaction. RUN from this place is you are a service or technical engineer! Customers...find another vendor if you want service. If you need product only, good luck!
