Pros – great people, well educated, they really like to let people work remotely. often times we would have a rewards program. people are excited about what they are doing.
Cons – communication could be improved upon in some cases, it can be disjointed, some organizational issues. I wouldn't say these are "cons" so much as areas that could be potentially improved upon. its difficult to say anything too negative because everyone is very likeable.
Advice to Senior Management – Make sure that everyone is on the same page, it doesn't have to cost a lot to make people feel valued, provide performance feedback, and try to be aware of what is going on between employees.
