    Good place to work, however, it's a small company with lack of training resources and not good company benefits.

    ProsNeed to always take initiative or else nothing gets done by management.

    ConsLack of structure, lack of training resources, too many obstacles regarding resources and systems access. ALOT of outsourcing makes it difficult to do your job. In other words, departments being outsourced, etc.Employees do not feel that their jobs are safe and feel confident about their knowledge due to lack of initial training regarding product.

    Advice to Senior ManagementThere needs to be structure and a dedicated training resources in each product. Management does not understand how systems work. They make decisions without this knowledge and grunt worker get burnt in the process. Employees do not feel that their jobs are safe.

    ProsHealthcare is SO hot right now. It's an incredible industry from all angles. Especially Healthcare exchange. If you are looking to work crazy amount of hours with no respect or incentive or appreciation, then this is the place for you,

    ConsRaises suck
    Layoffs every quarter
    Off shoring all the good work
    Leadership is a joke - condescending and ungrateful
    Never a thank you - even when it's expected that we work crazy hours over the weekends.
    HR doesn't exist
    QA barely exists
    They lied to us, brought us over on sponshirps and now they're ditching us.
    20+ products that don't talk to each other
    Not sure if we've ever had a solid release

    Advice to Senior ManagementSay Thank you. And Show it. CLEAN UP the building. It smells, there are bugs.
    How about some good coffee like the execs have in 132. 118 and 134 are pits. We keep hearing there's no money, but the execs have brought in more managers that do nothing in the last two years we don't understand. Some of us are stuck here sirs.

    ProsIf you work many hours on weekends and days you might be noticed for your good work. You have to make friends with the right people and you can do good for you.

    ConsThey appear to let good people go with no reason and to promote others who do not seem to have good leadership skills or technical skills. Many are looking for other jobs because they are not steady with their jobs.

    Advice to Senior ManagementBring in good leaders that know technology and the product. Make all people take positions that fit their resumes. Listen to complaints from all people, not excuses from management that blames workers.

    ProsNice people to work with...not much else

    ConsManagement has no clue how to lead a company. Too many people still working the just because they have been there since the company started and should have been fired a lo g time ago.
