I have been working at ironSource full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

The amount of talent in Ironsource is amazing, for sure the most talented company I worked in, since i begun 15 years ago.
Tons of different projects and different challenges, anyone can find what he wants to work on, the company is so dynamic allowing the everyone to join a project he is interested in.
Even though the company grew to ~400 people, there is no distance between the management and anyone.
You will always get whatever you need,, no budget limits.

    Cons

Depending alot on the download industry, we can all see the trend of this industry.
Unless you are very talented, it is not the place for you.
not enough parking places, takes to much time of your day.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Be more open about the option plan, share more about the company IPO plan.

I have been working at ironSource full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

The level of expertise in all departments is impressive-everyone is willing to teach and acquaint you with the technology. People are proud of their work, and the company is succeeding. installCore is the central product, but they are also expanding with their mobile products as well. They pay for your lunch which is great.

    Cons

They are expanding so quickly that they are renovating the Tel Aviv headquarters to fit all the new employees. The construction is a bit tiresome.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Add more fresh food options to the kitchens in the office.

I have been working at ironSource full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Team is young, motivated, passionate about their work, cool atmosphere, amazing compensation model for key employees, company is successful, well financed and it is great to be part of such a remarkable success story.

    Cons

None, really. I've been working in 4 different hi-tech companies including in the Silicone valley (some in fortune 500), none of my former companies in my 15 years long career came even close to what this company is giving me in terms of challenge, good energy in workplace and promotion opportunities.
Working hours are indeed too long, but it is up to you to balance (no one tells you how much time to work).

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep on doing what you do, obviously it works for you and for the employees.

I have been working at ironSource full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

The company and its platform are developing quickly, providing a lot of opportunity to grow as well. The benefits are above standard for high-tech in Israel and the main office is located in great neighborhood in Tel Aviv near top restaurants.

    Cons

Sometimes the hyper-growth is intimidating, and there are always new faces. This can lead to a competitive environment. Not unrelated, the hours can be long.

Current Employee - Senior Dev in Tel Aviv-Yafo (Israel)
Current Employee - Senior Dev in Tel Aviv-Yafo (Israel)

I have been working at ironSource full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Great mix of fun people and a very relaxed hierarchy
Lots of marketing/sales types which makes lunch time and happy hour more interesting.
The company has all sorts of different projects/technologies going on at once
Great location in the Tel Aviv downtown
    The founders still code.

    Cons

As a dev, you are constantly under stuffed, and you only get to touch your own project.
    Everyone is on call 24/7
Many groups use horrible technologies. Even the core dev. Everything is quick and dirty
No options for most of the employees.
    Salaries are nothing special.
Devs are unlikely to be promoted, many managers are hired from the outside.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

This place is great for average devs, and marketing types with no real skills.
It is pretty horrible for serious devs.
Some of this seems to be by design.
Think if this is a long term for the company.
