    Pros

Company culture is the biggest draw here; everyone within the company is looking to support your growth and goals.

    Cons

Work life balance can be hard, especially in store roles. You have to take responsibility for your time management.

  2. Work (very) hard, and get to play hard.

    Pros

    -yoga/fitness classes
    -discount on clothing
-team oriented, lots of attention to personal growth
-you will always have someone to swear with
-focus and attention to identifying goals and finding your vision
-often amazing, inspiring and heartwarming guests
-get to participate in fun, community centered events

    Cons

-it's retail. You are selling pants.
-not all guests are great- some very high maintenance.
    -you will work weekends
    -rarely a set schedule
-both late and early hours- might work til 10:30pm one night, and then start at 7:30am next day
-vacation black out December 14-January 14. You will work Christmas Eve or Day after Christmas, possibly both. Same thing for NYE.

    Advice to Management

You say that your people are your greatest assets, yet sometimes the people get treated exactly as they are- tools to drive sales. Invest more in positive reinforcement, rather than always looking for areas of opportunity.
-look into what's really going on when you have a mass exodus from your roster.
-spend more time on the sales floor.

    Pros

    atmosphere; coworkers
Great culture, fun place to work
I would recommend it to my friends. Fast-paced, most of my coworkers share the company's values & live a healthy lifestyle

    Cons

management- Managers could give better feedback and be more organized. Communication all levels can be improved. Managers should give employees more freedom and leverage to control their own projects.

    Advice to Management

Give more frequent feedback. Improve communication throughout the organization. Give employees more freedom to find solutions for customers and more control over their projects.

    Pros

The office environment is encouraging and productive and at the same time a very close knit community.

    Cons

Little is known about the current financial growth of the company and where they are projected to be in say, 5 years. This is probably due to it's nature as a start-up.

    Advice to Management

Give more incentive to younger employees to really push how hard they work within the company.

  7. Great company to work for to establish and build upon your goals.

    Pros

Goal-setting and gives you a course for how you want your life to be, the people you work with are like-minded and fun, the job itself is fun and the guests are generally great. You can also generally be able to move to any store in the country and work there which is great if you need to move or want to make a life change.

    Cons

It may take awhile to get used to the lululemon culture, meaning you have to be able to give and receive feedback and give straight talk to everyone you work with.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the good work!
