ProsFlexible working hours. Great team atmosphere. Very supportive middle management. Casual dress. Senior Management provided team building excerises (trips to baseball games etc).

ConsIn a word- disorganized. Total lack of communication between departments and between senior management and regular employees. More focus required in the regards to the needs of sponsors.

Advice to Senior ManagementStop believing that the studies will run themselves once they are through start-up. This is simply not the case. This oculd be the difference between a completed study and a happy sponsor that will give the company repeat business.

ProsThey'll hire anyone for entry level lab experience. You stay busy. Great second job and good scientific/clinical experience. I highly recommend for college students. You make your own schedule.

ConsLow pay. Large company means disorganization. You'll find yourself many times doing the work of 4 people at times. Tedious and repetitive. Applied for coordinator position given my bachelors degree and was offered an interview for lab tech near minimum wage. Most unprofessional group of coworkers I've experienced.

Advice to Senior ManagementHire those qualified for certain positions and not to fill in gaps. More organization in this industry is vital.

ProsGood experience, great people.
You will learn the CRO industry really well if you take the time to seek out people and the information available.

ConsVery long hours and tight timelines. Management will work with you and try to accomodate various projects and conflicting deadlines.

Advice to Senior ManagementThere are some really great, smart people who work there. Do not forget about them. :)
