#1 Tell them that you perform above and beyond compared to others, and give them an example as to why: managers always praise you, you were the top earning commission associate in your last retail job - anything that has to do with high achievement.
#2 Tell them that you would contact a manager who is a successful salesperson and ask what areas you need to improve on, or any tips they can offer you.
