Interview Details – I was first contacted by the hiring manager, for a 30 minute interview. They asked me questions about what kind of software I had worked with before and my past experiences. Then was invited for an interview. I met with the HR representative for about 15 minutes where we just talked about everyday things to get an idea for my personality. Then I spoke with the hiring manager and another team member. They asked me questions to better understand my thinking process and problem solving. Lastly, I met with a member of the technical team who gave me a whiteboard quiz on my programming abilities since I mentioned I had a bit.

Interview Details –
Well, This is for the 24/7 that is present in Hyderabad, Uppal Area.
So My friend introduced me to it, supposedly if a current employee introduces a person, they are applicable to get almost 24000 rupees..!! :D
Well, First of all I met the Hr, He asked me to present myself.
So basically it means, tell him a story of what I have written in My resume.
Tip #Do not apply if you are a student, in college or any other course.
# If you cant help it that your studying, tell them that your not studying, or how it is not gonna be a hindrance for work, cos they obviously do not wanna hire employees who might suddenly disappear due to exams or something.!
Other Questions he might ask you is Why 24/7.. ? WHat do you know about 24/7.. ? What do you know abouit the process you are applying for.? What salary do you expect.?
Why 24/7.. I knew this question cos i had talked to frioends who were working in 247 and also in other compaanies like Genpact and citel.. Also I paid attention to all the newspaper clipping and other posters that they had in the office about why 24/7 is so cool, and i read up everything on their site..
The next 2 quetsions, you should sit with your friend who also an employee and ask him to explain it to you, would take 35 mins, invite this friend for lunch, and please pay the bill.
Last question is something you shouldn't really answer, just repeat to them what your job description might be and what all work you are supposed to do, and that you would want a fair compensation for the outstanding work you perform. the trick is that if you say 12000 or something, your stuck to your word, and would get no more, even if the manager had like 18000 in his head..
Then there's the voice and accent round- I didn't need it, cos my vopice is kinda good enough, trhey sent me to the Operations Round or the Ops Round, where I would meet the Manager under whom I would work eventually.
Tip# Please have some work experience before applying.
# Please point out that it is a full time work experience.!
