Full Time Customer Service Representative Interview (Positive Experience; Difficult Interview)
I applied online and the process took 2 days - interviewed at 1-800 CONTACTS in September 2010.
Interview Details – First I emailed them a resume, after which they emailed me back a "questionnaire", which is really just an application for employment. After answering all the questions they called me the next morning, which really surprised me. I then had a phone interview, which I was told they would consider me for employment. I went in for a skills type test and to see the call floor and hear calls. I was accepted for employment.
