I got the interview through an Employee Referral and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a Presentation, an IQ/Intelligence Test, a Skills Test, a Drug Test and a Background Check.

The whole process is very easy but it all takes place in basically 1 day.You get a brief phone interview with a recruiter, another inteview is scheduled with a second recruiter, this time face to face. if theylike you, you take all the tests on the same day of the interview.expect to spend at least 3 hours there( they do not tell you that).it's a tiring process to be done in one day.

Someone calls you, asks you some generic questions about work history and then tells you the job pays $12 an hour. If they like you and you are okay with that, you come in for an interview. The interview is a typing test and an aptitude test. If you pass both of those, you have a one on one interview with a manager.

I took a typing test. I listened to a sales rep on the phone at his desk. I had 1:1 interview and overview of expectations from them and me with a few people. I had a mock sale that I had to complete to prove I can overcome objections and sell.
Little did I know then that everything they told me about the opportunity was a lie.

The hiring manager was pinged in thru a conf call and looked like he had a list of questions to ask on Cognos.It was more off a rapid fire question answer session with out any scope for a conversation or discussion.Worst interview approach.
