Interviewed Feb 2012 in New York, NY (took 1 week)
The HR was sloppy in replying back to my email, But then one of the Recruiting Coordinators contacted me about scheduling a phone interview. The call lasted for like 10 mins. They mostly asked few HR Questions. I sincerely answered them. The Recruiting Coordinator that i spoke to was very friendly. Hope i get an offer soon.

Interviewed Jan 2010 in Landover, MD (took 3 weeks)
I was asked several questions about my background and what I was looking for in a company. I was also asked questions that I found strange at the time like how I would feel about wearing jeans to work, getting lunch 2-3 times a week, and working at a place that held in office mini parties.

I was looking for a higher dollar amount than the jobs paid but the interviewer pointed out that I wouldn't need to get a new wordrobe, I would be getting lunch several times a week, and most importantly that it was a fast growing company that offered accelarated growth for the right person that was wlling to put in the effort.

Interviewed Dec 2011 (took 1 week)
General phone interview that asked basic questions. The interviewer was very wooden, as if she was reading a script. Seemed very new and coudln't articulate questions when asked for further clarification. Asked at the end, "How do you feel about jeans in the workplace?"

Interviewed Nov 2011 in Landover, MD (took 3 days)
I applied for a job online and about a month later I received an email from their recruiting coordinator asking me if I was available for a phone interview within the next two days. I replied back with my availability. I didn't hear back so I assumed the interview would go on as scheduled. I didn't hear from her. So eventually I call her and she says she didn't note the time for my interview and she would call me tomorrow for the interview and that she would be sending me an application to fill out and send back to her. We have the interview the next day. Typical questions about experience and some behavioral questions. Seemed like she was reading from a paper. And her only response was usually "awesome". It lasted less than 30 minutes, more like 10.

Interviewed Dec 2011 in Landover, MD (took 4+ weeks)
I applied to the company at the suggestion of my friend, who is a current employee. I had applied for a postion there previously, but did not get any "bites" until I applied through her on their career website. I received a phone call with a few days, asking to fill out an employment application, and to schedule an interview with an HR representative. The phone call with the HR rep lasted about 30 minutes, and she asked me basic questions, as well as probed my knowledge concerning the education program I applied to "sell."
The next interview was a 1:1 with the head of the department, as well as a current team member. They asked me similar questions as during the HR rep's interview, as well as some questions specifically regarding sales experience, and some behavioral questions. At the end of the interview, I was informed that they weren't officially hiring until the start of the new year, so at this point, actually getting the position involves waiting for a while until their employment needs are clarified.

Interviewed May 2011 in Washington, DC (took 2 days)
Basic run through of qualifications and prior experiences. No real technical questions were asked, but they do expect you to know a little bit about the business they are conducting. HR was a litte bit sloppy in returning my calls or emails initially, but ultimately it was a good experience being a part of a rising start up company.

Interviewed Nov 2011 in Landover, MD (took a day)
A recruiter contacted me via email and asked if I would like to shedule a phone interview with her. Before the phone interview, I had to fill out paperwork about myself and return it to her. I was very interested in the position and the company, so needless to say, I was excited.
The interview started off with basic questions (ie "can you legally work in the US?). Within 4 minutes the recruiter asked about my current salary. She told me how much the position was budgeted for and asked if I was willing to take a pay cut. I replied yes, and she fired back asking why (she actually told me she wouldn't take that big of pay cut herself). I explained how I was looking for a change and I was in the market for a new job, but my reponse was not well received. I was immediately taken aback and I knew within seconds this was not the company for me. She was rude and disrespectful, and I was eager to get off the phone with her.
I looked back at my phone to see how long the phone call was. 7 minutes, 44 seconds.

Interviewed Aug 2011 in Landover, MD (took 5 days)
I applied for Admission Manager, MBA position online. I was contacted by Corporate Recruiter a couple days later. I received numerous e-mails regarding scheduling an interview asking me about my availability. I replied immediately after receiving an invite for an interview, but to no avail. A few days later I received another invite and for an interview the following Monday. I was also informed to complete an application that was attached to the e-mail and to physically sign the application and fax or e-mail application back prior to interview. Again I completed application immediately. The day of the interview, the recruiter called me two minutes after the scheduled time and informed me that she found out five minutes before my interview that the position had been placed on hold and that she would keep me in mind. She had no idea when and if ever it would open up again. This was acceptable and apologized numerous of time. After my supposedly interview to view status of my application and it was "Not Selected." The recruiter straight-out lied to me. Stevie Wonder could see through this. This kills the creditability of the company for me. I wasn't even granted an interview. This company is not on the up and up.

Interviewed Apr 2011 (took 2 weeks)
Started with a phone call from the recruiter. Had to fill out an application. Then I was invited in to meet the recruiter in person and the manager. I was way overdressed but I'd rather be for an interview. Most people, including the manager I met, were in jeans and casual clothes. They had lunch for everyone. Asked me lots of typical questions and asked me to sell something - like a role play. Everyone was nice and friendly. Haven't heard back yet but it's been just a few days. Looks like a fun place to work with a cool company mission.
