Asked VERY basic questions, what are your qualifications, what are your strengths/weaknesses, etc

What are your strengths/weaknesses.
Negotiation Details
Didn't negotiate; was told that there was PLENTY of rrom for advandcement and that their were cash bonuses, etc that were IMPOSSIBLE to acheieve and I worked for a VERY HIGH volume store
Other Details
I got the interview through a Recruiter and the interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview.
