Interviewed Mar 2012 in Atlanta, GA (took 1+ week)
Spoke with several different people in various departments -- interviewed for their internship programs. There seemed to be a great company culture, so everyone was extremely friendly. However, there didn't seem to be any "second round" interviews, unless I just came into the process late: I only went into the office to speak with them the one time, and they went with a different candidate.

Interviewed Jan 2012 in New York, NY (took 1+ week)
The interview process was pretty smooth. I was referred by a friend who currently works for the company. It started with a quick phone call, then an in-person interview with HR. From there I was scheduled to meet with several digital team members. The interviews with actual team members were the most helpful in getting to know the company culture and day-to-day operations. The New York office is a very cool, modern space and casual environment -- one that I would enjoy working in. The staff seems fairly laid-back and well versed in the social and digital space. However, they seem to be in rapid growth mode, and there are a few growing pains because of that fact. I was most impressed by their 360i University staff training program and team approach. My advice is to be yourself and speak honestly about your strengths and weaknesses, as well as what you want out of the job for your own career growth.

Interviewed Mar 2009 (took a day)
I was very impressed at how casual the place was. Everyone I met (an account supervisor and HR manager) was extremely friendly. The company has a very laid-back but hard working personality. They have a ping pong table, games and nice bar. It is very young and casual. They asked question mainly about my previous leadership positions (a lot of references to my resume) and want I expected from the position.

Interviewed Aug 2011 in New York, NY (took 3 weeks)
I first talked with HR rep, then a phone interview with one of the hiring managers. At that point I then came in to talk with 2 more people. After that I came in again and talked with 2 VPs. Everyone was extremely friendly . The interview was fairly casual going over background and employment history.
The only huge negative was the HR individual. It took a long time for him to even schedule the in-person interviews after the initial phone screen. In fact I had to follow up myself. After a week I left a voice mail as a follow up. No reply. Emailed. No reply. I think that it's fine if they decided I wasn't the right fit but the courtesy of just a short e-mail saying I was not being considered wouldn't have taken much time. The fact they ignored me and left me hanging was extremely unprofessional and gives a negative light on the company (or at least their HR).
The experience would have been positive had it not been for the HR.

Interviewed Apr 2010 in New York, NY (took a day)
Interviewed with one person and spoke to another but it was such a pedantic experience; generic questions that I didn't see how it would allo them to formulate true judgments. Didn't follow up and the job was vague as the company seemed a bit aimless.

Interviewed Oct 2009 in Atlanta, GA (took a day)
The best interview ever!! I was interviewed in their brainstorming/game room where they play the Wii. We sat on bean bag chairs and then they asked me, "All I want to know is...what do you like to do for fun?" They looked at the "activities" in my resume. Work culture is very laid back. Everyone is very friendly. Dressing up is optional. You can still wear jeans and a nice polo and still be professional. We have a ping pong table in the break room. I can go on and on about this place! Supervisors are extremely wonderful!! They don't talk down to you at all. Our Admin Assistant knows EVERYONE by name and is soooo friendly. Best place to work for in Atlanta. They value their employees and they believe having good company morale makes your work experience a much better one! Turnover rate is extremely low!

Interviewed Sep 2009 in New York, NY (took 1 week)
Overall, most of the team was very pleasant to speak with. Some members of the team did not have a strong grasp of their own space. The senior management was pretty solid overall. Only feedback for the team would be more junior emlpoyees appreciate that the person sitting in front of you may know more about your business than you do

Interviewed Sep 2009 in New York, NY (took 1+ week)
We had a quick phoner, followed by an in-person interview. There was great interest in finding out about my last employer. I met with one person in HR and one of of the Development team leaders.
They asked a lot about my style of project managing, which was perhaps the hardest question since I've only worked at one agency and so, it was difficult to assess/communicate. All said, it was a fair question and I thoughts none of their questions were off-base or annoying. None of that "Where do you see yourself in 5 years." Then I was asked to specifically say how I handled projects. I felt the interview went well but it's a numbers game. I didn't get a callback but I didn't feel it was personal.
