The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at 3M (Boston, MA) in Mar 2011
Interview
Conducted one prescreening with the HR Rep who later contacted me to set up a second interview with the O2 manager. My second interview consisted of going over my resume and some behaviorial questions. Within the next week they sent me an email letting me know that the position had been filled and a reason why I was not selected to continue. The people were very nice and prompt in their communications.

I applied through college or university. I interviewed at 3M (State College, PA) in Oct 2020

It was a three-step process. There was a first-round interview, a virtual career fair that helps you learn more about the position and opportunities at 3m. Lastly, there is a behavioral interview.

Question 1
How would you handle conflict in a situation? What is an example?
30 minute phone call, the woman was very nice and excited about her role as a recruiter for the program. It felt very casual. I didn't get the job because I didn't have warehouse experience at the time of application.

Question 1
Give an example of a time you worked on a team and encountered a problem. How did you address it?
Met recruiter at an on campus networking breakfast; was offered interview next day. It was essentially all behavioral/experience related questions. Really nice interviewer and a good experience. Unfortunately my GPA was too low to get hired.
