I applied online and the process took 1+ week - interviewed at 3M in February 2012.
Interview Details – A marketing manager emailed me ask if I would be interested in a phone interview, I said of course and scheduled it for the following week. They originally told me that there would be two people interviewing me on the line, however only one called (strange). The interview lasted 30 mins. The interviewer basically said this was a brand new position and they weren't sure what the duties were going to be, he wasn't even sure about the pay for the interns.
Interview Question – No questions really aside from "Walk me through your resume" which I thought was really odd because the manager told me to prep for a behavioral style interview. It was more of a casual phone conversation. Answer Question
