very frustating and at the end what they offer is not even worth trying.They want guys who can write OS at the cost which is very low in market.their t&C are completely inverse of employee freindly. they will agree to something else in salery negotiation and while rolling offer ctc will be much lesser than committed.Very long interview process though they say 1 day process but the called me thrice during weekdays.they want you to join within 15 days but themself have notice period of 3 months.

Written : Technical problem solving, Analytical ability, Programing Test.
2 Technical interview Mostly focuses on Logical and problem solving some of the programming question.
