It was well co-ordinated. The interview was of 2 categories. First one was technical which was pretty simple with a few basic questions on IT applications. Second one was HR wherein i was asked simple questions based on HR.
Negotiation Details
The salary bit was negotiated but was not completely fulfilled as asked for. Also, the package was compiled as though the in hand amount was not at all satisfying.
Advice: You need to do your ground work on the market standards package and negotiate firmly on the same.

I got the interview through an Employee Referral and the interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview.

Met a senior person through a referral.
Had a informal round first. Then another formal round with some business fundamentals.
Did well in the second to secure an offer.
Offer was made for Dubai as the job location.
The first project was for a Government concern which made me more excited with the expectation of a challenging project,

First round was written - Relatively simple and technical.
Second Round was 1 to 1 - took 20 mins
Third round was - Personlity check
Fourth Round was HR - the final offer.

Resume forwarded through employee referral. There were levels of technical interviews. One telephonic and one face to face. This was followed by a HR interview. I was asked to wait for some time. Then my offer letter was sent.
