The CEO search for candidates he thinks will fit in at the company. Then he calls them and invite them for an interview. Once you have your first interview you do a 3 day "guest period" to see if you can fit into the structure and ethos of the company. Then you go for a second interview. This is after the employees had contact with you, expressed their opinions about your attitude etc.
The company is a family based company and the structure is very classic. Hierarchy is important and should be followed. It's a typical Public Sector Company. The people are friendly and there is not a lot of stress involved.

Negotiation Details
This is a good place for someone who wants a job. I would not recommend it to people who are really ambitious and wants to move upwards, because once in, there are not many ladders to climb, however, free training from IT - NVQ's are available.
Other Details
The interview consisted of a Phone Interview and a 1:1 Interview.
