had to take a phone interview and then go on to meet with a panel of 3 people to sit for about 3 hours and get asked all types of questions concerning my background and current job role.

applied for a job as a store manager at a seven eleven , they called me for interview in 4 days. the owner wasn't available when i went there, even though i called and confirmed the previous day.
i had to come back. the next day i called and they called me again.
the owner didn't seem interested even though he was asking all sorts of questions. the all process didn't seem straight forward, in the end he offered me 8.5 an hour even thoughi had told them before that i make 9.00 an hour.
what a complete waste of time
