Applied online for position that was listed on Monster.com, and after an initial interview with the human resource officer, I was scheduled to speak with the Vice President for the plant that had the open position. The conversation focused on my DSD and beverage experience, which was mentioned as a necessary component for the job, followed with a review of various retailers and wholesalers that I had familiarity with. That was it. I was told that I came across as a strong candidate, and would be contacted within the next two weeks, but nothing happened until I followed up and was told that another candidate was selected to continue the process.
