Accepted Offer – Interviewed in Portland, OR Nov 2011 – Reviewed Dec 19, 2011
Interview Details – So I went into the store and got an application, filled it out and brought it back about an hour later. Talked to the manager and she asked me a couple questions about what customer service is and what a good customer experience is. Then she gave me a card that said the group interview was two days later. I also needed two recommendation letters to give to her on the interview day. Interview was REALLY easy. She talked to a group of about 6-7 of us, asked only two questions which she only let two people answer. Taught us how to fold/hang up clothes the fast way. And it was over! Make sure you talk to the manager before/after to get your name in there. She called me the next day offering the job.

Negotiation Details – Hours are variable, so if you're looking for tons of hours, don't count on it. But it's always nice for money/discounts!
Other Details - I applied in-person and the process took 2 days.
