Send the application form online in the first step, then after around one week, you will normally get the inviation to the personality test and the logic skills test on line by email, and provided with the one time password. After finishing the test online, you will be invited to the 1st round formal interview hold by HR about the feedback of the previous test and to find what kind of person you are by asking questions. The second round is hold by the manager who is in the department you have applied for.
