The process took a week – interviewed at A.R. Das & Associates (Calcutta (India)) in August 2008.
The hiring is mostly done by References. The Curriculum vitae should first reach the management. Based on vacancy requirements or the applicant's profile, the candidates may be shortlisted on a periodic basis and called for PI after a brief telephonic interview. The applicant will be communicated accordingly after the PI round.
You can obviously negotiate with any employer if you know your worth. Here if you are able to impress the employers with your work, potential and attitude, the organisation will give you the best it can.
