Interview Details – The hiring is mostly done by References. The Curriculum vitae should first reach the management. Based on vacancy requirements or the applicant's profile, the candidates may be shortlisted on a periodic basis and called for PI after a brief telephonic interview. The applicant will be communicated accordingly after the PI round.
