Interviewed Oct 2011 in Shanghai (China) (took 1+ week)
Recuitment is professional. Two phone interviews, one on-site in Chicago, another video interview. People are very nice and helpful and willing to share with you their experience with the company. The company was extremely fast in feedback and extending the job offer.
Downside is that they are not very willing to give a better position for someone with advanced degree. You have to prove yourself from entry level analyst, if you are not experienced person. But most of the consulting firm works in this way, so that was fine for me.
