Interviewed Dec 2009 in Bucharest (Romania) (took a day)
The overall process consisted in a test and a one to one case interview with the Bucharest office manager, which at the time was some German guy. He was very professional. Both (test and interview) were in English. Do you homework about the company and if possible about the guy you are interviewing with. In my case i Knew his name and through a simple Google search I was able to see him in few interviews.
1. The test was somehow difficult and consisted in intelligence and analytical skills as well as economic, business and social knowledge of Romanian environment.
2.The case interview was actually a real life scenario. The Cosmote acquisition of Zapp mobile. His questions was: You are a AT Kearny consultant, sell yourself to Cosmote board in order to mange the acquisition of Zapp.

Reason for Declining
I failed the test. Normally if you fail the test, the process stops, however there was a misscomunication between him and the secretary in reference to the test results, so I went forward to the interview. It is strange, because at the end of case, he offered me the job, then we found out that i failed the test.

I Applied Online and the interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview, an IQ/Intelligence Test and a Skills Test.

First round of interviews consisted of interviews with three people. It was structured in a typical way: about 10 minutes for personal fit/competency interview, about 30 min. case interview and about 5 min for questions. 2 interviews were in English and the third one was in Russian, since I applied to Moscow office.
