Interview Question for Sales Associate at Wal-Mart:

A lot of the questions were "what did you do in this situation" type questions. Like working in teams, how you got along with other employees, what did you do when you had problems with a co-worker, etc.

Find out if the employee is facing any sort of issues at work or home, be supportive of their situation and explain the importance of their performance and what effects it may have on other staff and the business. Give them a clear and consise guideline and timescale to work towards an improvement by motivating, clear training/coaching and support.
