    Had interview with an executive assistant. It was quick but very canned questions.

    Interview Questions

    • Nothing- all very typical questions. She called me back immediately and said the owner wanted to meet for further interview and we set a time. In the meantime she also called my references. A few days later, I got a form email saying I've not been chosen for the position and the interview is cancelled. Very strange and unprofessional process that would be better served to not set interviews if not a serious process so as not to waste so much time!   Answer Question

    The process began with 2 phone interviews over the course of a week. Then the process moved on to an in person interview and a final skills test (word and excel) before being offered the position.
