Interviewed Jan 2010 in Walnut Creek, CA (took 1 week)
i worked for this company for three and a half years before accepting a full time posiiton. i thought i knew what they were about, but as it turns out, i didn't know the depths of evil within their soul. they are nepotistic and let the highest level people pass by the scrutinty they wield on their underling sweat shop workers. better to be a boss at this company and be incompetent than make a small mistake as a worker bee.

Interviewed Dec 2010 in Walnut Creek, CA (took 3 weeks)
I interviewed with two people. It was a very short interview...only 30 minutes. One of them left early which I thought was rude. I felt like they weren't really interested...just going through the motions.

Interviewed Feb 2009 in Oklahoma City, OK (took a day)
The two supervisors in my unit interviewed me in a small room at the same time. But they really had no intention of hiring anyone for the position. Ultimately they gave the position to someone working in another office, in another state. He only came out to the office once. And when we has a catastrophy in our area, we had one shop on our DRP Program & Like I said before lots of

Interviewed Feb 2009 (took a day)
I was interviewed by a manager and a senior member of the group for about an hour. I had been contacted by a member of HR to set up the interview as well as an initial skills assessment online, which was quite easy. They asked about my skill set and my thought process, all of which seemed to be to their liking. After that one hour interview, they called me later in the day to offer me a job, contingent on the usual background check and drug test.

Interviewed Nov 2010 in Walnut Creek, CA (took 2 weeks)
I met with a group of actuaries within the IPM division of CSAA. The on-site interview took 3 hours total with 30mins for each interviewer. It was actually an enjoyable experience, though some of the "thought" questions invoked some real critical thinking so it's best to arrive on your "A" game. The host who brought me in was courteous and established a very welcoming environment. The interviews weren't too intimidating, but like with all interviews, you must remain focused and on edge to answer some thought provoking questions. Overall, the interviews went well, so you shouldn't be too worried about having a three hour long interview.

Interviewed Mar 2010 (took 5 days)
The recruiter was very organized and communicate the hiring process well. There was the initial phone interview followed by a panel interview with members of the team. The team members are very thorough describing the work culture and demands of the role. This lead to a final interview with the hiring manager.

Interviewed Nov 2009 (took 1 week)
First, I spoke with the recruiter. She made an appointment for me to speak with the manager. A few questions that were asked 1. What are your weaknesses? 2. What is teamwork? 3 What are your strengths? Once the offer was made I had to take a drug test. They also have a third party go over your resumes and verify everything is accurate.

Interviewed Jul 2007 (took 3 weeks)
It takes a very long time for this employer to get through the hiring process...it was several months before I was called back after my 2nd interview, and then they wanted me to start the next day. In my case I got bypassed around the HR department and worked directly with the facility supervisor, wich may have been part of the reason it took so long. It was a fairly laid back interview (both times), even though there was a panel it wasnt all vs one. I actually had two of the panel members sitting next to me. best advice is just be honest, and tell them about you not what you think they want to hear.
