Interviewed Oct 2011 in Hunt Valley, MD (took 5 days)
Initially contacted for a phone screening, followed by an appointment to interview with the hiring manager, key group personnel and the group VP. Interviews were scheduled for an hour with each person. All took the hour or longer. I took that as a good sign. Everyone was pretty nice and professional. It was the standard type of interview questions one would expect. No curve balls, some difficult questions but nothing tricky. The difficult questions came form the hiring manager and his boss.

Interviewed Apr 2009 (took 2 weeks)
Very easygoing phone conversation with the engineering manager. We talked about my background in university engineering courses as well as any hands-on experiences/projects I've had. Interview was about 15-20 minutes long. No trick questions or anything to throw you off.
I asked basic questions such as what the work environment was like, whether I would be working with a team, what opportunities they had that could advance my knowledge of the industry, etc. Was told that if I got accepted an HR rep would contact me with an offer.
Sure enough a week or two later, I got the call.

Interviewed Apr 2009 in Hunt Valley, MD (took a day)
Interviewing for a junior technical intern position was relatively easy. I was not interviewed by an engineer, but rather by a someone from HR. General questions about what I have done during my college career so far, my career goals, and how I work. The interviewer was very friendly and largely did not know what to ask me - I expanded as much as I could on the questions.

Interviewed Mar 2009 in Hunt Valley, MD (took a day)
Very easy interview. It was two people interviewing by phone - the hiring manager, and the person I would eventually work with. There were some basic questions about my technical background but nothing in-depth. Many questions involved what I learned in classes and what I think about engineering. They definitely contacted references and there was a background check and drug test.
