Interview Details – This was a phone interview with an unknown person which resulted in a job offer. Initial communication with the company was very professional, but the phone interviewer was rather uncommunicative and unhelpful. I did not feel that this person's demeanor was representative of the overall culture of the company.

Interview Details – Interviewed by show's Director for a special. Had been recommended by one of the producers. Since I was already working for the company there was no real hiring process. It was really more a matter of whether or not he was interested in working with me.
