Interview Details – Simple hiring process, turned in resume, one on one with owner. Beware, all agreements are oral. Owner will not work with written agreement even if he says he will. It took nearly two months for him to even orally acknowledge my commission structure. He changed the pay plan and the oral agreements several times and only gave me two months out of 8 months of breakdowns of my commissions and pay. I was charged back for company gas card and company card which started out as a perk. I found this out after receiving my 2nd commission statement.
