Interview Details –
To get this type of job, it has to be partly luck because it's not often they have openings for on camera talent. It depends if they have a new show or needs new replacement for talents of the show. Plus you need to be discovered first.
An employee of the company referred me because he saw the potential as an entertainer. The interview starts out by filling up a basic personal information form and then selecting your talents. They have to see in what department you can fit.
Then after that, you will be given assignments like acting, singing, dancing, hosting and other talents. After the whole screening, those you will pass proceeds to the next audition. After that, you just need to patient. Show that you have the talent and be confident.
