I met them at the career fair and then interviewed a few months later. Have not heard back from them yet. Great experience, met many different people.

On-Campus interview with the company.. About a week later, company emailed me to schedule a second interview. Second Interview consisted of a bunch of 1:1 interviews. Very casual process, not stressful all.

Phone interview with HR after which point I was invited in to interview with the group. Interviewed with 3 people- my boss, another AVP and the President of the claims group.

Interned with them previously. Great people and work environment. Spoke on the phone with them and scheduled when I could come in and meet with my new group of co-workers. Interviewed with manager and then underwriter I would be communicating with most of the summer. Got tour of the office and saw what everything was like. Previous to interview, background and drug test.

it was a good process, i met with 3 senior level managers and was supposed to meet a 4th, but was out of town. questions were to the point, answers i gave fit the questions. mainly they were insights into my personality and to see if they'd fit the already in place team. it was a long day, about 4 hours, but the follow up was slow. even though it is only due the person who was supposed to respond to me about the position. my contact inside was more helpful, since the person was well liked inside the company. i feel half the battle was fitting in (in terms of the way i was dressed (professional) and also my demeanor (polished)

The interview is a breeze. No behavioral question. Just general questions about the working experience. But it took months before they made a decision.
