Interviewed Jan 2009 (took 1+ week)
Phone interview normally done by non technical managers. Focus of interview is past work experience. Following this, 1-1 interview requires more technical details of past work. This is when challening questions are asked and most weak candidates fail to make it through. If you have good work experience, then the interview seems fun.

Interviewed Mar 2010 (took 3 weeks)
The interview process went well as compared to other reviews that I have read however, after I going through the series of interviews I was led to believe that I had the job all wrapped up with only a formality of meeting with one of the executives. The executive canceled two of our scheduled calls within 10 minutes of the appointment time and than I was told that they were going to hire within.

Interviewed Oct 2008 (took 4 weeks)
I initially posted for a job on The Ladders for a customer service director position. I was called by a recruiter and screened. I then had 3 phone interviews; 1) with person who the role would report to (vp), 2) with person who would report to me, 3) executive level coo.
The interviews were very informal and situational in nature. There was not a lot of depth or detail to the interviews and they were not very challenging. Longest most detailed interview was with lowest level person who would report to me. Focus was on leadership style. Discussions with senior leadership focused more on strategy and setting up optimal organizational structure.

Interviewed Sep 2008 in Concord, NC (took 3 months)
After applying online, I was contacted by the HR department to schedule a phone interview. This was a prescreening interveiw and i was given a good overview of the company and some hints on preparing for an interview with the hiring manager. It took 4 weeks to schedule the second interview which was at the corporate offices with the hiring manager. The interview lasted around an hour and was followed up 3 weeks later with a second interview. This consisted of one on one interviews with the CFO of International Operations, the CFO of North American operations and the VP of Finance. Two weeks later, an offer was made and was accepted the next week.
They have great benefits and a good business plan. Very laid back work environment. The company is filled with hardworking and intelligent people, but there is an overwellming feeling of instability in the longivity of emloyment because of the large amount of turnover in upper level management.

Interviewed Sep 2008 (took 2 months)
Very friendly and professional. The best and toughest interview I have had to date. Tell me about a time you had a disagreement with your boss and how did you handle it? What is your greatest weakness? What is your greatest strength? How did you handle an irate customer? How did you handle an irate coworker?
