I applied in-person and the process took a day - interviewed at ACT Conferencing.

Interview Details – Be honest and make sure you have great customer service and can speak well with people. You also need to be very good at typing and fluent with Microsoft word and excel. Must be punctual and must be able to pass an hiring drug test.
